PRESS RELEASE
Rwanda Equity Investment Forum Nov. 2021

Kigali is hosting the first Equity Investment Forum to run from the 3nd – 5th November 2021 at Serena Hotel.

The spread of COVID-19 and its economic impact triggered a global sell-off in financial markets. The additional leverage typically found on corporate balance sheets amplifies the importance of correctly assessing how different business models will be affected over the longer term. The effects of the pandemic will reverberate through the financial industry for years to come. Even in a best-case scenario, banks and other lenders suffer substantial credit losses.

Pierre Celestin Rwabukumba,

The Rwanda Equity Investment Forum (REIF) main objective is to equip participants with the needed skills in raising start-up capital for their business ventures.
