The second hearing of the Vital Kamerhe trial, in the case of alleged embezzlement of public funds intended for the head of state’s 100-day program, opens on Monday 25 May 20 at the central prison of Makala.
This hearing follows that of May 11, where the defense lawyers had asked to obtain documents from the public prosecutor’s office.
While welcoming the obtaining of all the documents in the file, Me Raphaël Nyabirungu Mwene Songa, one of the defense lawyers said he was calm and called on opinion to be confident.
